In February 2000, with just two associates and a handful of clients, Golden and Wong opened the first @properties office in River North. During its first three years, @properties earned three consecutive Golden Eagle Awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors, honoring Chicago's top-selling agent. Meanwhile, the company rocketed to more than 200 agents serving Chicago from four city offices.
